Pricing Framework

Under TOU and ULO Pricing, consumers pay higher prices when electricity is more expensive to produce and lower prices when it is less expensive. This pricing framework gives consumers the opportunity to lower their costs by shifting their usage to less costly times of the day. This is the default plan today.

Under tiered pricing, consumers pay a set rate for electricity up to certain level of consumption. The rate increases for all additional electricity used when consumption by these customers exceeds that threshold.

Espanola Regional Hydro is pleased to offer the following payment options: Click Here

I/We hereby apply to Espanola Regional Hydro (ERH) for electric service at the service address shown above. I/We agree to pay for such service(s) as bills are rendered and comply with the conditions for service may be terminated and not restored until payment is made in full including a charge for collections, reconnection and a deposit (if not already collected). I/We will also inform ERH at least one week in advance of when I/We plan to vacate the above premises.

The undersigned consents to obtaining of credit and/or personal information as may be required at any time in connection with the credit herby applied, any renewal or extension thereof and to the disclosure of any credit information concerning the undersigned to any credit reporting agency or to any person with whom the undersigned has or purposes to have financial relations.

The utility will make every effort to ensure bills are accurate; however, billing errors can occur. The utility reserves the right to collect under billed amounts at any time.

I am of legal age and have the authority to bind this contract.

Pre-authorized Payment Agreement

Yes, I would like to continue my existing Pre-authorized Payment Agreement/sign-up for pre-authorized payments.

Pre-Authorized Payment Details

You the payor Authorize Espanola Regional Hydro, and the financial institution designated to begin deductions as per your instructions for monthly regular recurring payments and/or one-time payments from time to time, for payment of all charges arising under your Espanola Regional Hydro account(s). Regular monthly payments for the full amount of services delivered will be debited to your specified account each month on the due date of your invoice. Espanola Regional Hydro will send you an invoice each month which will specify the date and amount of each regular debit.

This authority is to remain in effect until Espanola Regional Hydro has received notification from you of its change or termination. This notification must be received at least 14 business days before the next scheduled payment date at the address provided above. The only documents we accept for pre-authorized payments are void cheques or direct deposit forms for either a chequing or savings bank account. We do not accept credit cards or any other form of ID or payment.
